There are several ways to remove grease physically i.e, high pressure washing and chemically, using solvents or detergents. Solvents are often toxic and flammable. They also pose an environmental and disposal problem. Detergents work in a different way. The alkali and wetting agents (foaming agents) remove the grease by breaking the long chain bond that holds the molecule together. This breaking of the bond called saponification turns the grease into a water soluble soap to be rinsed away. Below is a video of our product AC "Big Red" PG being used in a heavy duty high pressure foam machine. Please contact us for more information and a free sample.

AC “Big Red” PG Contains alkali to break the molecular bond and has more wetting agent and foam stabilizers than anything else on the industrial detergent market. Our detergents are also plant and environmentally safe.
